Delete your Labu account

Labu (operated by Aleksandr Tikhonov, Estoril, Portugal) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Labu app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@labu.pro from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your profile and — for specialists — your services, schedule and photos
• Your bookings and any private notes
• Your notification/device tokens

Deletion is completed within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

To comply with Portuguese tax law, records of completed transactions may be retained in minimised form for up to 5 years. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. This retained data is not used to identify or contact you.
